Windows 7 Professional Upgrade - This includes support for XP Mode, which allows you to run Windows XP Programs in a virtual machine right on your computer, this uses extra memory but is almost 100% compatible with ANY XP program. It has some other advanced features, if you don't know what they are, you don't need them.

Game: Sims 3 Collectors Edition - This is quite the game... only try this if you have lots of extra time... My sister loved The Sims and The Sims 2, be careful if you have chores to do, you might find you don't have any free time after you get hooked on this game...

You and your friends each get a base, a choice of 3 different species (each with different technologies and strategies) and have a grand battle...
